Steve Kramer, PE, is a Senior Project Engineer/Resident Engineer at HNTB, a position held since 2015, having previously served as a Senior Resident Engineer with the same company from 2014 to 2015. With extensive experience in engineering, they worked as a Project Engineer at Engineering Associates and Bruce Engineering, and as a Construction Manager at Stantec.
