Steven Baker

Steven Baker, PE, CFM, is a Senior Project Engineer and Team Lead at HNTB, where they have worked since 2022. With a strong background in civil engineering, Steven has honed skills in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and engineering design throughout their career. They previously held roles as a Project Engineer at Blueline and as an Associate Engineer at New Mexico State University, where they managed laboratories and coordinated construction projects. Steven earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University, completing the latter degree in 2011.
