Tim Banta is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as a Deputy Project Manager at HNTB since July 2021, Tim oversees multiple projects across various divisions in North Carolina, focusing on developing schedules, tracking deliverables, and managing project scopes. Previously, Tim held the position of Operations Director at The Bridge Church ILM, where responsibilities included emergency planning, facilities management, and human resources. Tim also served as a Project Manager at SEPI Engineering & Construction Inc., where contributions included developing program management systems for roadway design projects with NCDOT.
