Tim S.

Tim S. is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various roles within human resources management. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and HR Director at HNTB since May 2021, Tim oversees HR strategies and business partnerships. Previous experience includes significant roles at Assurant from October 2013 to February 2021, where Tim was instrumental as Manager of Global Planning & Transformation, driving complex transformation programs, and as HR Partner, providing consultative expertise across high-volume operations. Prior to Assurant, Tim held the position of Human Resources Manager at WorkflowOne, leading HR initiatives across multiple sites. Tim holds an MBA from Miami University and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development from Villanova University, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Cedarville University.
