Tom Schnetzer has over 35 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, with a focus on infrastructure delivery and operations. Currently serving as the Northwest Division Delivery Officer at HNTB since July 2001, Tom oversees project teams to develop contracts and work plans, ensuring high-quality, timely, and budget-conscious project delivery, while also mentoring project managers and addressing project risks. Tom's previous roles at HNTB include leadership positions in various capacities, such as overseeing the operations and delivery of complex projects across multiple states, managing a district operations team, and leading significant projects like the I-405 GEC Structures and the Tacoma Narrows Bridge upgrades. Prior to HNTB, Tom worked as a Bridge Engineer at Beam, Longest and Neff, LLC. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structures from Purdue University.
