Vincent Obregon is an accomplished transportation leader with over 30 years of experience in technical engineering, project management, strategic transportation planning, and infrastructure policy. Currently serving as the San Antonio Practice Leader and Associate Vice President at HNTB since August 2013, Vincent leads a multidisciplinary team focused on complex infrastructure projects in South/Central Texas. Previously, Vincent held the position of Associate Vice President at the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, overseeing engineering and capital projects from March 2006 to August 2013, and served as Vice President at Othon Consulting Engineers from January 1989 to March 2006. Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
