Will Allen

Will Allen, P.E., PTOE, is the Vice President of Transportation Technology at HNTB, where they lead the Southern California Transportation Technology team. With a background in civil engineering, Will has been involved in the planning, design, and management of various transportation projects, including toll facilities and intelligent transportation systems across multiple states. They hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. Will’s prior roles include Civil Engineer at STV and Toll Technology Consultant at HNTB, where they contributed to significant toll technology procurement and implementation projects.
