Hannah Young

Hannah Young is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in research, editing, sales, and support facilitation. Currently serving as a Research Projects Officer at Disability Action Northern Ireland, Hannah co-ordinates research and analysis to inform service development and policy influencing. In the role of Scientific Editor at Academic Memories, Hannah focuses on editing scientific articles to enhance accessibility and communication of research. Previous experience includes a Sales Assistant position at Russell's Food and Drink, managing store organization and transactions, and a current role as a General Assistant at Hobbycraft, providing customer service and ensuring high store standards. Additionally, Hannah facilitates peer support meetings at AWARE NI for individuals affected by mental health challenges. Hannah is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Ulster University, expected to graduate in 2026.
