Gregory Francese is a skilled transportation planner with experience in urban and regional planning. Currently employed by the City of Hoboken as a Transportation Planner since June 2018, Gregory manages the development and implementation of the Vision Zero Action Plan and oversees the integration of complete streets principles into transportation projects. Prior to this role, Gregory served as a Project Coordinator at Parks & Trails New York from November 2014 to May 2018, where responsibilities included advancing regional trail networks and managing programs related to the NYS Canalway Trail System.
