Jesse McGowan is currently the Deputy Director of Transportation & Parking for the City of Hoboken, a position held since 2024. Previously, Jesse gained diverse experience in transportation planning, serving as a Senior Transportation Planner at Fehr & Peers and coordinating multimodal transportation planning for the Montgomery County Planning Department. Jesse's background includes roles as a Junior Analyst at MacroSys and a Research Assistant at the Highway Safety Research Center. An alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jesse earned a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning with a focus on Transportation.
