HOBY is a Georgian producer of premium, all-natural food products crafted in the heart of the Caucasus mountains. From our modern 1,500 m² facility in Mtskheta region, we control every step of the process — from sourcing to production — ensuring purity, authenticity, and quality in every jar and package.

Our product range includes:

Mountain honey (jarred and pouch-packed)

Traditional green and red tkemali sauces

Spicy adjika

Natural fruit rolls (tkhlapi)

High-quality dried fruits

What makes HOBY unique is that we are first producers, not resellers. Every product is made with our own raw ingredients, preserving Georgian traditions while meeting modern standards of food safety and export quality.

We are passionate about sharing the taste of Georgia with the world — from local shelves to international markets — with products that are natural, healthy, and true to their origin.

Mission: To bring authentic Georgian flavors to global tables while supporting sustainable agriculture and local communities.
