Michael Kummerle is an experienced professional in food safety and quality assurance with a robust career spanning multiple roles within the food industry. Currently serving as the International Quality Coordinator at Hochland since May 2019, Kummerle also holds the position of Vice President of Quality Assurance and Food Safety at Fieldbrook Foods Corp since August 2016. In this role, Kummerle manages company-wide food safety, quality, regulatory, and sanitation procedures. Previous experience includes positions as Quality and Food Safety Manager at Muller Quaker Dairy and Molkerei Weihenstephan, where critical quality systems were developed and maintained.
