Laurel Revers is the Director of Learning & Development at Ho-Chunk, Inc., where they utilize their expertise as a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and a Crucial Conversations for Accountability Facilitator. Born and raised in Omaha, Laurel completed their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at Midland Lutheran College and later earned a Master's degree in Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Laurel taught sixth grade in Omaha Public Schools and also had a significant tenure as a substitute teacher and a teacher of English Literature at Concordia Junior-Senior High School. Additionally, Laurel actively participated in various extracurricular activities during their college years, including a sorority and cheerleading.
