Ryan Martinez

Ryan Martinez has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Graphic Design Intern at the Sioux City Journal. In 2013, they served as a Marketing/Sales Intern at Tri-State Integrated Solutions. In 2014, they became a Student Ambassador for Typeform.com. Then, from 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Co-Pilot at Flyover Technology and later became the Director of Communications at the Norm Waitt Sr. YMCA. In 2018, Ryan co-founded VolunteerSiouxland, an Online Volunteer Center, and ThinkCause, an organization focused on helping nonprofits achieve greater impact. Finally, in 2020, they became a Communications Specialist at Ho-Chunk, Inc., where they strengthened brand awareness and optimized communication strategies for the organization.

Ryan Martinez obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design from Morningside University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they have earned a certification in "Infographic How To: Data, Design, Distribute" from Udemy in April 2014.
