Sunil Joseph serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at HockeyStack, where the focus is on enhancing B2B revenue for sales teams through advanced data insights. Concurrently, Sunil provides advisory support at Paragon, Minoa, QA Wolf, and FoundationFlow, emphasizing customer success strategies and innovative solutions in their respective fields. As a Limited Partner, Sunil is involved with Success Venture Partners and The GTM Operators Network, both of which focus on investing in early-stage SaaS companies driven by customer success metrics. Previously, Sunil served as Global Vice President of Customer Success at Stack Overflow, supporting a vast community of developers, and was recognized as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software. Sunil holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
