Drew E. has a strong background in information technology and engineering. Drew most recently held the position of Head of Engineering at Hodge, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Information Technology at Hodge from April 2022 to February 2023. Drew also served as the Interim Head of ICT Infrastructure and Operations at the National Assembly for Wales from September 2016 to April 2017, where they led a team in delivering IT digital transformation. Before that, Drew worked as the Head of ICT at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board from April 2008 to September 2016 and as the IT Site Manager at ING Direct UK from January 2005 to April 2008. Drew began their career as the UK IT Manager at Conduit from January 2001 to January 2005. In 2016, Drew E. earned a Master's Degree in Public Sector Service Management from the University of South Wales. Drew E. also obtained various certifications, including ITIL v4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve in 2020, and ITIL v4 Foundation in 2020. Additionally, Drew E. has certifications in football coaching from The Football Association, such as FA Football Coaching Youth Award in 2019 and FA Level 3 in Football Coaching (UEFA B) in 2019.
