Stephen Williams

Stephen Williams is currently the Head of Customer Services and Operational Resilience at StreamBank. Previously, they held various positions including Business Continuity Manager at Principality Building Society and Operational Controls Manager at Bank of Ireland UK, where they focused on establishing and embedding operational risk frameworks and business continuity management. Stephen has also served as a Business Continuity Consultant at HBOS, and has extensive experience in managing teams and IT support across several organizations, including Newbridge Networks and Barclaycard. In addition to their operational leadership roles, they have contributed to the development and implementation of crisis management strategies and third-party oversight.
