Mathias Borgnes

Mathias Borgnes is a Senior Contracts and Chartering Manager at Höegh LNG, with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Previously, Mathias held various roles at Höegh LNG, including Jr Contracts Manager, Contracts Manager, and Maritime Trainee, where they were responsible for negotiating contracts related to FSRU projects, LNG carrier chartering, and innovative energy solutions. Mathias also completed a summer internship at DNV GL, focusing on the structural integrity of ships. They earned a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2018.
