Free up finances and help your family get ahead with our quality modular homes and granny flats. Hoek Modular Homes build the ultimate Australian modular homes customised with your choice of house designs within your budget. Not to be confused with kit homes, your modular home is prebuilt in Brisbane, transported anywhere in Qld or northern NSW and assembled quickly with all local building approvals. We are proud to be a Master Builders member offering affordable housing options for granny flats, modular homes, transportable homes, relocatable homes, prefabricated homes and alternate dwellings.

Formed in 1967 as a family partnership, the Hoek Modular Homes team has built an enviable reputation for creative and exciting design, innovative construction solutions, reliability and trust. Our friendly sales staff will help you to select from our vast range of modular homes, granny flats, guest accommodation, worker’s quarters, parks and villages. With over 30 contemporary house designs that are all fully customizable we will help you choose the best design for your lifestyle & budget.

We will help you select the most suitable home designs for the shape and features of your property. Time is taken to discuss future needs, wheel chair access, wheelchair friendly doors and bathrooms. Great care and attention to detail is taken in the design phase to ensure your home will service you for years to come.

Whether you’re looking to downsize from the home your family grew up in to a more manageable 1 or 2 bedroom home, or looking for more space with a growing family needing a 4th bedroom or study, Hoek Modular Homes has the ultimate Australian modular home for you.
