Ron Hayward

Ron Hayward, MEng, PMP, is a growth-oriented defense business executive with over 20 years of post-military experience. They have held senior leadership positions at companies such as SRC, Leonard DRS, and DynCorp International, focusing on program management, operations, and business development. Ron served 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, culminating as the AV-8B Harrier Deputy APML at NAVAIR. Currently, Ron is the President & CEO of Hoffman Engineering, overseeing military lighting solutions and night vision test equipment. They hold a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and continue their education at the State University of New York and Defense Acquisition University.
