Mark Harris

Mark Harris, MBA, currently serves as the IT Director for Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc., overseeing IT operations for five companies and 30 locations in the southeastern United States. Previously, Mark held the position of Information Technology Services Manager at Amazon, where two IT teams were launched and managed, achieving the highest performance metrics in the North America super region. Mark's experience also includes serving as Director of IT at Guilford College, where a strategic plan was implemented that resulted in significant cost savings. Other roles include IT Project Manager at Dynamic Quest, Sr Systems Administrator/Engineer at Snider Tire, and positions at Celebrate Express, AIG United Guaranty, and LabCorp, contributing to expertise in IT infrastructure, project management, and operational efficiency. Mark holds an MBA from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management of Information Systems.
