Michael Rushing

Michael Rushing is an accomplished professional currently serving as President of Hoffman Building Technologies since January 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Regional Manager at Hoffman Hydronics from November 2022 to January 2025 and was a Territory Sales Manager and Sales Engineer at Hoffman Building Technologies from January 2010 to November 2022. Michael has contributed to building the Hoffman Building Technologies brand in the Midlands and Coastal South Carolina regions and has worked to enhance the local HVAC community's understanding of advanced technologies. Earlier in Michael's career, a two-year leadership program at Nortel yielded notable achievements, including leading a team project to increase executive revenue knowledge, mentoring peers for ITIL certification, and improving IT purchasing efficiency. Michael holds an MBA in Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization and Financial Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
