Randy Nolen

Randy Nolen possesses extensive experience in credit management and collections, currently serving as the Manager of Credit, Collections and Billing at Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc. since March 2019. Previously, Randy held the position of Credit Manager at AmpliFi and served as Corporate Credit Manager for The Cook & Boardman Group, LLC, where responsibilities included redesigning credit policies, managing billing processes, and overseeing dispute resolution. Earlier roles include Regional Credit Manager at Pleasants Hardware Company and District Supervisor at Quality Oil Company. Randy began a career in retail management as an Assistant Manager at Roses Discount Stores. Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Radford University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Patrick & Henry Community College.
