Blue Group and Blue Group II are Hoffman United’s private real estate funds focused on stabilized, income-producing assets. The Blue Group funds have acquired more than $45 million in real estate since 2019. 

Together, Hoffman United and Blue Group manage residential, retail, and industrial assets, totaling 1 million square feet across seven states. The companies have multiple development projects scheduled for 2026 and 2027.
