Derek J. Scarane

Derek J. Scarane is the Director of Laboratory Services at Hoffman, where they have managed day-to-day laboratory operations and consulting practices since 2009. With a background in project management and health and safety, they previously held roles such as Vice President of Business Operations at Prospect Biosystems and Director of Business Operations at Alfa Wassermann, Inc. Earlier in their career, Derek was the Senior Project Consultant at Interior Move Consultants and the Director of Sales & Marketing at ESM Van & Storage. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and History from the State University of New York at New Paltz and an Associate of Arts in Performing Arts from Rockland Community College.
