Mark Jones

Mark Jones is a Partner at Hoffmann Eitle and a JUVE-recommended Chartered British and European Patent Attorney, specializing in contentious and non-contentious IP proceedings across mechanical, electrical, and applied physics fields. They previously served as a Patent Attorney at Hoffmann Eitle from 2008 to 2016 and worked as a Science Officer at the University of Liverpool from 2006 to 2008. Mark holds a DPhil in Quantum Physics and Materials Science and an MPhys from Oxford University, along with certifications in IP Law and MBA Essentials. They are recognized for their expertise in multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution and have extensive experience in advising clients on IP strategy and exploitation.
