Toby Simpson

Toby Simpson is a Partner and European and UK Patent Attorney currently at Hoffmann Eitle Patent- und Rechtsanwälte PartmbB, where they have been since 2020, and previously served as a Partner at Mathys & Squire LLP from 2008 to 2019. With a specialization in pharmaceuticals and chemistry, Toby drafts and prosecutes patent applications related to a variety of products, including pharmaceutical formulations and medical devices. They hold a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, where they graduated with first class honours, and are qualified to represent clients before the Unified Patent Court.
