Bogdan Constantin

Bogdan Constantin has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales and customer relations field. Bogdan is currently employed as the Head of Inside Sales at Hoffmann Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at OLX Group as the Head of Sales Operations from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for tracking and analyzing important reports, designing and implementing development initiatives for the team, and driving constant learning and development opportunities.

Before OLX Group, Bogdan worked at Vodafone Romania for several years. Bogdan started their career at Vodafone Romania in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative for the consumer market. Bogdan then transitioned to the Business Market as a Customer Service Representative and later became the Team Leader for the Business Support Center from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they took on the role of Team Leader for Customer Relations for SME Accounts, where they established and built long-term business relationships with sales partners and client accounts.

In 2017, Bogdan became the Team Leader for Telephone Sales for SME and Customer Relations for SME Accounts. In this role, they led a team of 14 Telephone Account Managers, focused on sustaining sales targets, retaining customers, and offering support to major business clients. Bogdan was also responsible for increasing customer value, improving customer satisfaction, and implementing anti-churn actions and campaigns.

Bogdan Constantin obtained their BAC Diploma in Mathematical Informatics from the "Ion Luca Caragiale" National College of Ploiesti in the period of 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Management from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești from 2007 to 2010.
