Dr. Justus E. Eggers

Dr. Justus E. Eggers has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Dr. Justus E. started their career at DekaBank in 2008, where they worked in strategic marketing. In 2009, they joined Germany Trade and Invest as a project associate. In 2010, they worked as a market analyst at Bradken. In 2011, they had an internship at Henkel in the Group Strategy/CEO Office.

From 2012 to 2017, Dr. Eggers worked at AGCO Corporation, initially as a specialist in strategic projects and global purchasing, then as the manager of PMO and strategic initiatives. In 2013, they pursued their PhD while continuing their role at AGCO Corporation.

In 2017, Dr. Eggers joined the Hoffmann Group as the Head of Corporate Development/Chief of Staff, leading strategic board projects and the transformation of the company. In 2020, they became the Vice President Americas & General Manager for Hoffmann SE, responsible for general management functions in the Americas region. Dr. Justus E. was also appointed as the Managing Director of Hoffmann USA. In the same year, they were appointed as the Managing Director & President of Hoffmann Group USA.

In 2021, Dr. Eggers took on the role of Managing Director at Hoffmann Group Mexico.

Throughout their career, Dr. Justus E. Eggers has held various leadership and strategic positions, demonstrating their expertise in general management, corporate development, and strategic initiatives within the industrial sector.

Dr. Justus E. Eggers has an extensive education history. Dr. Justus E. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business at NHL University from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in International Business at Munich Business School, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. In 2011 and 2012, they attended Florida International University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business. Dr. Eggers continued their academic journey at the University of Twente, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Innovation and Operations Management from 2013 to 2016. Recently, in 2019, they attended Harvard Business School and completed a program specializing in Aligning Strategy and Sales. Currently, Dr. Justus E. Eggers is pursuing a degree in Digital Product Management at the University of California, Berkeley.
