Steffen Rau

Steffen Rau has extensive experience in the manufacturing and technical industries, currently serving as Anwendungstechniker im Außendienst Zerspanen und Spannen at Hoffmann Group since January 2016. Prior to that, Steffen held various roles at EMS Elektro Metall Schwanenmühle GmbH from May 2005 to December 2015, including Stellvertretender Produktionsleiter, Ausbildungsleiter, Arbeitsvorbereitung, and CNC-Programmierer. Steffen also served as Betriebsleiter at EMS Polska from October 2012 to March 2014 and began their career as a Feinwerkmechanikerin at Hollinger Maschinenbau GmbH from February 2004 to April 2005, following an apprenticeship there from August 2000 to January 2004. Steffen’s educational background includes qualifications such as Industriemeister Metall and CNC Fachkraft, indicating a strong foundation in metalworking and technical instruction.
