Urban Agriculture Design & Consulting - for developers, property managers and public institutions and design teams looking to add urban agriculture & gardens to master planned communities, projects and buildings. Our consulting bridges from design through to community engagement. We focus on the long term success of the project so that it is and stays a viable garden / urban agriculture project. 

Community Gardens for Condos and Commercial Buildings + Rooftop Garden Amenities - We help tenants, property managers and other community members grow food and build healthy communities. We help increase access to healthy and affordable food and provide educational opportunities. We support pollination gardens, bees & composting programs as well.

Start a Farmers' Market - support with weekly, monthly, seasonal, or one-off Pop-up Farmers' Markets that feed and inspire communities.

Hoffmann Hayes was co-founded by Daniel Hoffmann and Jane Hayes. Daniel is an organic farmer and social worker who founded and operates The Cutting Veg (www.thecuttingveg.com). Jane is a community developer and permaculture designer, who founded and runs Garden Jane (www.gardenjane.com). Both have extensive experience growing food and communities across small urban gardens, rooftops, multiple acres and in a range of commercial, institutional, residential and public spaces.
