Dan Dieringer

Director Of Continuous Improvement at Hoffmaster Group

Dan Dieringer has a strong background in continuous improvement and lean management. Dan currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Hoffmaster Group, Inc. since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Lean Manager at Menasha Packaging from 2014 to 2018. Before joining Menasha Packaging, they spent a significant amount of time at Hillshire Brands, where they held various roles including Manager of Continuous Improvement and various succession planning roles from 1997 to 2014. In their role at Hillshire Brands, Dan was involved in lean and Six Sigma activities, providing coaching, training, and problem-solving assistance. Dan also acted as a mentor for new production superintendent and value stream managers.

Dan Dieringer attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1992 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Operations Management. After completing their undergraduate studies, Dan obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in August 2014.
