Ingmar Neff

Ingmar Neff is a seasoned professional in engineering with extensive experience in the development and construction of specialized machinery primarily within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. As a Senior Development Engineer at Harro Höfliger since October 2011, Ingmar has led various projects involving advanced development, feasibility studies, and construction. Previous roles include leading a construction group focused on standardized machines for surgical sutures and serving as a project engineer for custom medical machines. Prior to Harro Höfliger, experience includes project engineering for assembly machines at sortimat technology GmbH & Co., and foundational roles in industry including internships and academic work in mechanical engineering at Hochschule Esslingen. Ingmar holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on development and construction.
