David Milligan

David Milligan is the Vice President of Iron Powder Operations at Höganäs AB, where they oversee operations, engineering, and maintenance across multiple facilities, generating over $300 million in annual sales. They previously held various engineering and management roles at North American Hoganas, including Director of Quality, Safety, and Environmental, as well as New Product Development Manager. Earlier in their career, David worked at AMP Inc./Berg Electronics and Symmco, Inc., focusing on manufacturing and quality engineering. They earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University and an MBA from St. Francis University, along with a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
