Prior roles at Höganäs include Manager Production Development, overseeing the production of metal powders, and Manager Production Development at the Distaloy plant, emphasizing quality and performance improvements. Sandra's extensive background includes leadership positions at JBT Corporation and Tetra Pak, managing numerous projects in the food processing and technology sectors across multiple countries.
