Hogtronix formed as a UK Limited Company in 2003, and started trading in 2004. The business was created because of demand for the skills which were prevalent amongst the staff - namely (at that time) Search Engine Optimisation and Pay Per Click Campaign Management. Having been involved with Pay Per Click Campaign Management since it's inception in 2001, and with the company MD having Optimised his first website way back in 1994, Hogtronix employees quickly found themselves as 'experts' in this field of Small Business Search Engine Marketing.

The MD of Hogtronix is Russell Hogg, ex Internet Project Manager for a FTSE 100 Bank in London and Internet geek. Russell manages the agency's head office in North Cornwall (Delabole) and maintains a 'hands on' approach of looking after Search Engine Marketing campaigns for clients.
