Jonathan Randle

Jonathan Randle is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in managing technology strategies and initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Group IT Director at Hoist Finance since March 2018, Jonathan oversees IT and cybersecurity operations while driving performance enhancements through strategic planning. Previously, as IT Operations Manager, Jonathan effectively managed a European split team and successfully built a 20-member team from scratch. At Debt Software Solutions Ltd, Jonathan spearheaded efforts to transform a disjointed IT team into a cohesive unit by delivering a clear roadmap and training.
