Donna Noblin has over 25 years of experience in payroll and administrative roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Specialist at HOK since November 2000, Donna manages the bi-weekly payroll for over 1,400 employees using the DAYFORCE platform, oversees payroll balancing for multi-state and multi-company operations, and maintains detailed payroll reports and employee files. Prior experience includes positions as a Payroll Coordinator at Aon Innovative Solutions, where payroll information was processed for the main office in Chicago, and as a Payroll Goddess at Lutheran Senior Services, processing payroll for over 600 employees. Donna's career began in the banking industry, where eight years were spent in various roles, including Teller and Vault Teller, along with early retail experience as a clerk at Grandpa Pigeons.
