Gary Clark

Gary Clark is a seasoned architectural professional currently serving as the Managing Director of HKS Architects UK+EMEA since February 2025 and the Deputy Chair of the CIC Climate Change Committee since January 2025. With extensive experience in sustainable architecture, including roles as Honorary Professor at Queen's University Belfast and Principal at HOK, Gary has significantly contributed to the field, particularly in advancing sustainability practices within architectural firms. Previous positions include Chair of the RIBA Sustainable Futures Group and Associate Director at WilkinsonEyre, where responsibility included developing sustainability processes. Educational credentials include an MPhil in Environmental Architecture from the University of Cambridge and a BSc (Hons) Dip Arch in Architecture from Robert Gordon University.
