Matthew Needham is a highly experienced aviation and transportation planner and architect, currently serving as Sr. Principal and Director of Aviation + Transportation at HOK since May 2013. Previously, Needham held the position of Associate Vice President at HNTB, where oversight included Aviation Services for North California and Nevada. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Ricondo & Associates, leading client services for the Clark County Department of Aviation, and as an Associate at Jacobs Consultancy, gaining significant terminal planning experience. Needham began in the industry as an intern and architectural graduate at The Architects Collaborative following a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
