Michael Polanco

Michael Polanco, AIA, possesses extensive experience in architecture and project management. As an Assistant Project Manager at Project Control Group, Inc., responsibilities included conducting value engineering and establishing competitive bid processes. Transitioning to HOK, Michael served as a Senior Design Professional and currently holds the position of Architect. Prior to these roles, at BFDO, tasks involved developing construction documents for residential and commercial projects. Michael's project management expertise was further honed at Ting & Li Architects, PC, leading capital improvement projects for the NYC School Construction Authority. Academic qualifications include a Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute and a degree in Urban Design Architecture Studies from New York University.
