Rich Chen

Rich Chen serves as Associate General Counsel at HOK since May 2022, bringing extensive legal expertise from various roles, including Staff Attorney at Milestone Equipment Holdings from August 2017 to May 2022 and Student Attorney at the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic. Rich's experience spans drafting legal documents, counseling clients on entity formation, governance, and intellectual property matters, as well as supporting social security disability claims as a Law Clerk at Integrated Benefits Incorporated. Additionally, Rich has served as a Summer Law Clerk at UniGroup, Inc., where responsibilities included managing client communications and assisting in-house counsel on diverse legal topics. A background in legal research and analysis was developed during a judicial internship with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience Psychology from Penn State University.
