Richard Bugbee

Richard Bugbee is a highly experienced Project Architect with a career spanning over two decades in the field of architecture. Currently, Richard serves at HOK since September 2007, focusing on all design phases and construction administration on traditional bid contracts and design-build projects, while also taking on responsibilities as a technical lead, conducting code reviews, ensuring quality control, and utilizing BIM technologies. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Project Architect at Prozign Architects from August 2003 to September 2007, managing K-12, renovations, fire station, and courthouse projects. Richard began a career in architecture as an Architectural Technician at Bailey Architects from June 1999 to July 2003, where responsibilities included serving as the project team technical captain for various community-oriented projects. Richard earned a BA in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis between 1985 and 1989.
