Tim Gaidis is a Principal and Senior Project Designer at HOK’s St. Louis office, with a career spanning from March 1994 to the present, where Tim leads diverse projects including innovation districts and sustainable design initiatives. As the Sustainable Design Leader at HOK-STL, Tim has overseen the firm's sustainability consulting practice, led numerous successful LEED projects, and developed frameworks for sustainable practices. Additionally, Tim serves as a lecturer at Washington University in St. Louis, engaging students across various disciplines in sustainability-focused projects. Tim has also been active in community sustainability advocacy through roles such as Vice Chair of Sustainable St. Louis and participation in USGBC initiatives.
