Tom has more than four decades of experience overseeing and managing large-scale planning, design and construction projects worldwide.
In 2011, after 17 years as management principal of HOK’s Houston office and Texas region, he was named the firm’s chief operating officer.
He is a member of HOK’s executive committee, board of directors and management board.
