Mathilde Balsac

Mathilde Balsac has a diverse background in project management, team leadership, and client consulting. Currently serving as Team Captain at HOKA since February 2019, Mathilde coordinates large teams, manages logistics, and energizes team cohesion during events. Holding a previous role as Brand Ambassador, Mathilde provided technical product advice and executed shoe testing for customers. Recently, as Chef de projet at Idée Alpe, Mathilde managed major events such as the EKIDEN GRENOBLE and CHABLIS Marathon, overseeing volunteers and ensuring partner agreements were met. Prior experience includes consulting roles at Prodémial and service in the Gendarmerie Nationale, with education in sports training and finance from various esteemed institutions.
