Carina Wolfram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, support, and account management. Currently serving as Team Lead Customer Success & Support at hokify since May 2016, Carina oversees operations, mentors a dedicated team, and optimizes processes to enhance the B2B customer experience. Previously, as a Key Account Manager, Carina supported B2B clients with job ad setup and execution of sales campaigns. Carina's earlier experience includes a role as a Scientific Contributor focused on market research in recruiting at GPK Event- und Kommunikationsmanagement GmbH and various positions in passenger handling at AustroPort Boden- und Flugzeugabfertigungsges.m.b.H. Carina holds a Master of Science in International Business and Marketing from the University of Dundee and a Bachelor’s degree from WU Vienna. Additionally, Carina has completed summer internships with Siemens Transportation Systems and has pursued further education at renowned institutions including the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and The London School of Economics.
