Sami Ben Hatit

Sami Ben Hatit is a software engineer and entrepreneur who is currently the Co-Founder & CTO at Hokodo. Sami has over 10 years of experience in the field, having worked on operating systems development, drivers and kernel development, and reverse engineering. Sami has also worked as an R&D Engineer.

Sami Ben Hatit has a strong technical background and is passionate about using technology to solve problems. In 2017, they co-founded Euler Hermes Digital Agency, where they helped the company reinvent Trade Finance. Sami also launched two products: Single Invoice Cover, the first credit insurance API, and Traffic Light, an API to provide reliable financial health information.

In 2018, Sami Ben Hatit left Euler Hermes Digital Agency to co-found Hokodo, a startup that provides trade credit insurance for small businesses. Hokodo is on a mission to make trade credit insurance more accessible and affordable so that businesses can trade with confidence.

Sami Ben Hatit has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from École Polytechnique. Sami also has a Master's degree in Optics/Optical Sciences from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI). Sami is an engineer with a specialization in Physics, Applied Physics and Optics from École Polytechnique. Sami also has a degree in MPSI, MP* from Lycée Louis-le-Grand.
