Edi Soler is an Associate Professor of the Practice of Management of Accounting & Control and Analysis of Business Problems at IESE Business School. Edi earned a Ph.D. (Hons) in Business Administration (Accounting) and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, as well as a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Edi has extensive teaching experience in Financial and Managerial Accounting, having lectured at various institutions and given conferences internationally. Edi's research interests include earnings management, cost systems, and management control systems. Edi has also held leadership roles in the educational and energy sectors, focusing on organizational growth and consulting in accounting practices.
