Jan Hol is the Chairman of Holbox BV since 2022, having previously served as CEO of Holbox BV from 1976 to 2022. They are a member of Auréus Vermogen & Advies BV's advisory board since 2012 and have been a member of business organizations including VNO-NCW, KVGO, LWV, LDA, NVC and POPAI since 1990. They have held leadership roles in Rotary International The Netherlands, including Governor for District 1550 in 2013–2014. They are President of Golf and Country Club Herkenbosch since 2006, organize the Asparagus Dinner Fundraising since 2007, and previously served as Committee Member for Jumping Indoor Maastricht from 2007 to 2010, as President of Handball Club Swift Roermond from 1994 to 2004, and as President of Young Riders from 2004 to 2007.
